can yoga be perform in evening too?

Sir,
Most people used to do Yoga in morning but if not possible then can we do it in evening too and how long should it be performed?
is there any particular duration of any particular asan or depends on particular person's strength ?

Yes everone can do Yog in the evening, but there should be a gap of atleast 4 hours after lunch. The place for Yog should be neat , clean and fresh airy. Avoid noisy atmosphere.

It is always better to practice the Yoga under supervision of a Yoga teacher nearby your place.You may down book titled "Common Yoga Protocol" as well as Video uploaded in the web page URL http://www.nhp.gov.in/international-day-yoga-2015 launched by Ministry of AYUSH for International Day of Yoga, which contains Yoga practices with procedure, benefits, indications and contraindications.

The following Yoga practices are recommended or suggested for better digestion:Kriyas - Vamana Dhauti (Kunjal), Shankha Prakshalana etc.Asanas - Such as Vajrasana, Pavanamuktasana, Paschimottanasana, Vakrasana, Ardhamatsyendrasana etc.Pranayama - Nadishodhana Pranayama, Bhramari Pranayama.Yoga NidraDhyana etcThese are some of the practices beneficial for better digestion. It is advised to consult a Yoga Physician or Yoga Therapist, obtain their advise and practice under their guidance for better results.Yoga is not like a medicine. Sir, if its not possible to take suggestions of Yoga Teacher in rural areas then is it ok to perform Yoga after watching Yoga asans on internet?
can you suggest some useful videos of yoga for better digestion please?

The best time for the practice of Yoga is early morning, as the atmosphere will be fresh, the body will be completely in a state of relaxation after a good sleep, mind will be calm and relaxed. However, Yoga can also be performed in the evening hours also, but your stomach should not be full, better to practice after giving a gap of four hours following lunch.As such no particular time duration is mentioned for particular Asana practice, its practice depends on ones own capacity and always advised to practice Yoga under the supervision of a Yoga teacher.
